Alicia walked into the Leaky, wearing a new dress, a big smile on her face. She was happy to see George today, and to flirt with Rosie, of course.
Alicia tossed her hair to the side and took a seat at the bar, deciding to wait for George to arrive before ordering a drink. She got drunk far too easily, so if she started now, she’d be on the floor by the time her boy arrived.
Alicia felt terribly, she hadn’t seen George in weeks. Some self-appointed guardian she was. She’d need to start bugging him on a weekly basis again; though, she was sure he enjoyed it, so she was only making his smile by brightening his day.
