Oh man this entire trip sounds so amazing! The sailing seems like it would be so niiiiice! *_* I've never been sailing before!!

You meeting some of your long time internet friends is so cool. It's really different once you finally get to see each other in person. There's like a whole new bond after that.

So glad you got to see your family, friends, and just have a good time. I hope you'll enjoy yourself with us this weekend. heehee. ♥

Sailing is quite the work-out! It's definitely more than just sitting around on a boat, especially if you're the only one on it (controlling the angle of the sails, plus manning the helm at the same time). The Pacific Northwest (and I'd imagine the Northeast, too) has a pretty ideal sailing climate. Those fishing towns, you know! I'm not sure how sailing would be like here...never seems like it's windy enough, plus it's often too dang hot to enjoy it. If I'm gonna get a sunburn, I'd rather it surprise me than feel like my skin is frying in the process ( ... )
