Today has found me in an unusually chipper mood. I’ve been wondering the exact cause of such debonaire…air (just been an average day, really), but who cares, I’M UNUSUALLY CHIPPER! Maybe it’s because I watched Ten Inch Hero last night, or because I’ve had COFFEE (makes up for my 5 hours of sleep)! Or because I was totally spoiled over the weekend

I'm glad you had lots of fun on your birthday! I don't remember bowling being such a physically draining sport :o Hopefully you're feeling a bit better now!

Thank you! It's been forever and a HALF since I last went bowling. I'm sure it wouldn't have hurt so much if I didn't get overzealous with those stupid lunges, but we also went for three hours. I dunno, maybe I'm just that out-of-shape!

Man, that cake was almost too much of a good thing! They got it from Garibaldi Bakery in Conroe. I believe it's a Hispanic bakery, despite the rather Italian sounding name! They even got some Pan de Muerto there, which is a traditional bread made for Dia de los Muertos (kind of that baby-shaped thing in the ziploc bag in the second photo) TASTY!
