A month ago we told our squatter/roommate that on the first of December she needed to be able to settle up with us or get out. Had her sign a contract with a line by line description of what she owed us (including the extremely discounted rent for July - October, the full bottle of Jack Daniels she broke, the many pack of cigarettes she 'borrowed'
