Crash diet day 1

Cause I srsly need to slim down for grad pic!!!>_<

I have a little over two weeks to get to AT LEAST 104lbs!!! O____O!!!! If you see me begging for food, ask me to run a mile please. -_-.

I need that extra push.

Today's List:
1 cup of diced peaches
1 whole banana
2 whole oranges
3 cups of coffee
1 serving of chef's salad
1 cup of yogurt
3 bites of karioka

sweetie, you can't lose more than 100 lbs in two weeks. it's terribly unhealthy.

here're some tips on losing weight:
1) drink a full glass of water before each meal. you'll end up eating less.
2) drink your coffee black, to avoid the fat of creamers/milk and processed sugars
3) limit the dressing you put on your salad. most restaurants give you more than you need.

hi kuya moki :D actually... i need to go down to 104 lbs (not lose it, that'd be terrible O_O)hahaha^_^ good tips! i shall try :D
