So, all seems to be going well in my life. really well actually. My grades are good, work is good, money is good, the boyfriend is very good. I went snowboarding the other weekend I got a slight concussion(spelling) and a calcification in my back, but I would do it again. Went to Apple Bees for car's bday. it was SO fun! I wanna do it too! (I kinda am anyway, since I have a diabetes appointment with the evil doctor who tells me that i am fat in a month and I'm trying to make it look like i eat good). Kerry and Art are ecstatic that I ordered grilled chicken and broccoli twice in a row. It's always better with a bunch of people who are doing it too! I suggest however, that we make the 18th a free day, because you can't tell me that Erica isn't going to eat cake.

when you say junk food...how are we defining this? refined sugar, carbs, fried foods what?

oh geeze we have a whole list. cookies are free game though. our exception. ummm no soda cake ice cream french fries ect ect. no coffee either :( im glad your doing it with us :) i call my bday dinner w. family as an exception too because its on the 19th. :) yayyyy
