I got to work today to discover that I'd won Team Member of the Area last week for my efforts with the last incentive :-D Got a letter from the CEO saying that I must be an inspiration to the people I work with, and a £10 voucher. I was proud of my wrk anyway, but it's really good to be recognised for it within te company too. And it means that
