Oxford Graffiti

Why is the Graffiti in Oxford so much better than anywhere else in the country? Every time I'm there I see something and I either think how cool it is to see political graffiti, or I'm just impressed at how great it looks.

He's the master of stencilled art, but there's plenty out there at the mo. It's a smart + cool way of doing ace stuff.

I like smart and political graffiti. But sadly there's a lot more of the shit 'tag' kind too.

I suspect the 'smart' and 'political' bit is why there's more of the cool stuff in Oxford... as opposed to, say, Hillfields.

I lived lived for a few years. All I can remember was we had a blue door.

2-up 2-down terraced housing.

And where the nursey has 20ft metal fencing all the way round. At least, to a 4 year old. I remember the day they put them up. I remember touching the metal and shuddering; a nails down a blackboard sensation.
