Thanks :) Everything suddenly seems a bit easier as it's all in lawyer's hands now. Had my mortgage provisionally approved this morning, which is ace. Just got to wait for the survey and everything will fall into place!

Looking at moving in probably second week of Jan, but I doubt it'll be all properly furnished until Feb.

Oh by the way, sorry I never got back to your texts, I meant to, but life has been so crappy/hard/hectic/manic the past 2-3 months It just slipped my mind to reply, I'm sorry.
