So the online train ticketing system here does this thing where the great majority of train tickets are reserved for people who are planning to get on at or near the originating station for a train. I love your umbrella :) I also had no idea you could use it as an actual umbrella when it rains! How does it hold up against heavy winds? It looks delicate but since I've never held one or seen one up close, the sense I get from the pictures could be totally misleading.

Awww, thanks! I haven't encountered any heavy winds so far, but it does take more strength to use in wind imo, since the canopy is flat rather than curved, which makes it easier for the wind to buffet it about. On the other hand, it won't ever turn inside out and is unlikely to be deformed by the wind, either (I had one of the ribs on a metal collapsible umbrella get deformed by wind!), so I think it averages out. :)
