So...riding a bike in pouring rain is really not fun. Like, I don't even think that having a poncho would make it any better, not when I more or less couldn't even hold my head up straight because the rain was hitting my face so hard that it felt like lots of little rubber bands being snapped against it, and I couldn't even keep my eyes fully open
