Phil Hendrie, Broadcast Comedian and Commentator, has a feature on his syndicated program called How to Read a News Story. In this segment he reads or relates current stories in the news and deconstructs them, separating the facts from the speculation in an effort to uncover the hidden truths. Sometimes he uses articles as examples of media bias,

I'm either retarded or badly indoctrinated by the liberal media, because I don't see it.

Is it the thing about the bribe to tout the President's education plan? Because the reason they put that in the article is that there has been some controversy over including media types like Rush Limbaugh and Mary Matalin on a government sponsored trip to Afghanistan. The article simply points out a potentially peripherally connected tidbit of information.

Perhaps i'm making much ado about nothing, I was basing my argument on a "necessity of information" in the article. If that was the connection, it was poorly integrated. Another facet is the possibility of Reuters to throw in criticism wherever possible in an article that praises U.S. efforts in Afghanistan.

Maybe it's just because I'm high, but that reads like a terribly written article anyway. I got "Limbaugh goin' to 'Ghani" and "Bush money" and something about some bitch.

Damn those liberals and their poor literary skills.
