finally saw Avatar and it was flashy and pretty and even in 3d. which is why most people have mistaken it as beautiful and epic and great filmmaking. there is a moral and commentary that people can ignore if they choose because it is flashy and pretty and might be in 3d in your area. i enjoyed the first half and then i predicted the rest. then ( Read more... )

i loved Avatar in 3D! It wasn't amazing film making (speaking of, have you seen Lars and the Real Girl?) but when I left I couldn't stop saying how "cool" it was. I loved the message but I especially enjoyed the 3D. I actually ducked a couple fo times. It was SO FUN.

i think the whole 3d spectacle is lame :x

i left the theater thinking "is this CELINE DION?!?"

i haven't seen "Lars" it has been in my netflix queue for some time. i did see a snippet of a documentary about guys who are in the same "situation" and i couldn't decide if i should laugh or feel sorry for them

Lars is not really in a situation. You'll see. The movie is an exercise in compassion (& discomfort).

I LOVED 3D. I saw it in IMAX 3D though so maybe its better.

KAT AND I SAID THE SAME THING ABOUT CELINE DION!!!!!!!! We were both running and pushing people to get away from the badness.
