Tiny mouse

This is the third time Mikah has brought in a tiny mouse recently. The first one was alive when I saw her with it, but I couldn't get it off her before she jumped out the window, so it's probably dead now. Second was dead when I found it. The third is in my hand right now. And not dead.

We are currently trying to trap a (very clever) mouse in our house. He is eating our chocolate and soap (mice eat soap!!).

Yes, humane trap, btw.

Mice eat soap! Bizarre. But the little patterned scrapings that they make are kind of cute.

I think it's more bizarre that mice eat soap and don't die. We had rats in our house that went into our drawers and ate some pain killers... yeah, that rat died.

The funny thing is that although Mikah will hunt down and kill wild rats and mice, my pet rats freak her the fuck out. Even the babies. She just wants them to stay the hell away from her.
