I seriously liked everything at UF the campus the people all the stuff to do it was great except there school of music SUCKS there jazz band was worse than niceville high schools but im not gonna major in music, but still, i dont know, but its down to 2 for me, LSU or UF??

When we went to state we used UF's practice field (which was worse than ours) and we talked to some of the band members there after the practice and they all openly admitted the band sucks really bad. Some of them said it was due to crappy directors. The best thing I saw was the drumline. Just thought i'd add that...

if you're not going to major in music UF all the way. Even if you don't know what to do. UF offers more majors than any other university in florida. Since music may not be what you're looking to do with you're college degree I strongly reccomend Florida. Im in the engineering program over here, it's awesome and I love it. I would offer this piece of advice to you, unless you know what you want to specialize in and any unviersity has a really good program for it, go for that specific school. but if you're like a lotta kids that arent 100% go to the school that offers the most and does a lotta things well. UF engineering is a highly reputable program. I was in the same situation you are, i was either going to Georgia Tech or UF. GT has crazy good engineering but i didn't like the atmosphere. I strongly reccomend UF. Forreal!
