As much as I love Secret Santa exchanges, I'm worried that this comm might be too small (and maybe a little too inactive) for it.

Random contests/challenges might be a good idea, and it might help to get the community more active and involved. Maybe a weekly theme during and leading up to the holidays, culminating in a New Year's style chat party? *shrug* I don't know.

XD Yeah, we were worried about that too. I was thinking maybe a monthly theme with random contests splattered about the year. I was thinking our first cold be a header contest for our Christmas/New Years header - but I'm worried no one will get involved if we hold it. WHY ARE WE SUCH AN INACTIVE BUNCH?

That's really good to hear~ I think we will go with prompt challenges, as well as a few chat parties for big occasions, such as Christmas and whatnot. And you were very helpful, m'dear.

I wonder why too! I mean, out of 60+ members, surely more than two or three of us do stuff. Gaaaah, so disappointing...
