*waves belatedly* Hi!

I'm Libby, a fic-writing dinosaur from the HP fandom who is an enormous Sparrington shipper. Given that I am a Snape shipper in HP, I have no qualms about creatively resurrecting my romantic leads and look very much forward to bringing back our favorite Commodore-or-Admiral for this fest.

This is my first Big Bang, and I'm grateful for the sensible minimum word count, for all that I'm notoriously long-winded. I'll be happy if I can keep this story under 30K words (as will you, since it'll be mostly on time that way!).

Hey there! I'm Corri, and I've been around in the fandom as a Sparrington fan and a Navy fan for quite a while now. I've got an outline of my fic done, but not a lot of actual writing has happened yet. Hopefully the coming weeks will allow some time for that.

I'm using this Big Bang as an excuse to get my head-canon for Groves out of my head and into a form that I can share with other people. Some of it has been running around my subconscious ever since I noticed that Norrington, Groves, and Gillette were the best thing since sliced bread, and some of it has been inspired by recent speculation about the Navy's role in the third movie, so putting it all together is going to be challenging, but a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to it.
