Oh, silly me. I read that as "beach blond", which I thought was a bit tacky, but at least a somewhat original description. "Sandy blond" would have been better. But bleach blond... as you pointed out, it's historically inaccurate (is the Suethor lusting after a particular Sk8eR bOi in her spare time?). Plus if anyone has noticed, bleach isn't blond, it's white.
