At the behest of a good friend, I'm posting some photos with actual people in them.
Shopping district in Amsterdam
Canals run everywhere in the Dam, and so do cheesy tourist boats. I think I may have been spotted by some of the boaters.
Shopping district ninengrattenspeigel or whatever messed up dutch word they have for the number nine.
Sun setting over the Amsterdam Orchestra Hall, supposedly the largest in the world. This was probably my favorite spot in the whole city, I just wish Í didn't underlight this shot
Raadmansgatten or something, one of the major streets that terminates at Dam square. Note the bicyclist, you'll see them in ever street scene.
Rear of Dam Square buildings. The glowing sign at the bottom left is the site of my third stoning at the hands of the dutch.
Technology enhancing our lives in new and frightening ways! This Stimutron renders antiquated concepts like social interaction and sex obselete. You can tell from the drooling smile that this is another satisfied customer.
I don't know what is happening here or what this shop sold. I presume that it is a clothing store for gay magicians.
Some irish gaffer hauling his bounty of twine and oily rags to market.
Soldier on dutch bullet train bound for Amsterdam
One of the debaters I travelled with in Ireland on light rail line.
Lee's girlfriend in Fairmount Park.
Playing around with my telephoto lens
I thought the dude chilling in this picture was just enjoying a nice afternoon. When I climbed up the steps he turned out to be a hobo downing a few forties. Oh Philadelphia, will you ever learn!
