Meetup day: Saturday

Place: I think the best place to meet would be the Fountain Area. We'll meet at the fountain and then we can move off to the side if it's too crowded. But We'll be in this general area~ Meet in front of the fountain please

Unfortunately it's not metro accessible :/

(IDK if you know about this but the JE fans in the VAA/DC/MD area have regular meetups. A lot of the time we go to karaoke in Annandale, VA but we're open to meeting up other places (even in DC) We've got a facebook group so you can get info about other meetups~ just search for VA/DC/MD Johnny's fans and you should find it~)

Hahahahaha! Actually, I've already joined that! I'm the person who wrote on the wall asking if it was okay if I joined the group. I wanted to come to the last meet-up but that was way outside the DC metro area.

Let's totally do something in DC. I would suggest going to Chinatown, but the DC one stinks.

According to the site, you can take a bus there from the Branch Avenue station (Green Line) - the timetable is here. I've never taken it myself, so I'm not sure how well it'll work for you, sorry. >.<"

There's NEVER Johnnys meet ups at con's! I've only ever been to the Otakon one. And that was only once!! WHOOT! This gives me more initiative to register for katsu I gotta go do that.. hahaha

I was planning on getting a one day pass at the door... is it usually supercrowded? :\

hmmm it's hard to tell. Friday is always bad. But Saturday you might be okay and not have supppppper long lines. The line might be long but i think it should go fast. When I went to Anime USA, i got there on saturday and walked right up to the desk to get my badge.

yes you have to sign up to go. It's an anime convention. I just thought that the johnny's fans that were going to the convention could all meet up~

if you can't go to this meet up....those of us in the VA/DC/MD area have regular meetups that are at places like karaoke and restaurants and stuff so you can come to those~

it's not too late to sign up. online pre-registration ends on the 31st. Weekend passes are $50. You can also buy weekend passes or day passes at the convention. here is the website for the convention. You can find all of the information there! http://www.katsucon.com/
