Don't usually toke at cons until recently and i'm not sure if there's a protocol or whatever.

Easiest way to know is to know the right people. I tend to not let others know that I'm holding if I don't know them.

At least AC has a few good places to linger around and toke. I won't post them in public, but those that were there know.
