I've never gotten into Pumpkin Pie.

Pumpkin Ravioli, yes. Pumpkin-Wild Rice Soup, sure. But Pumpkin Pie, no, not so much.

That's why I was thrilled to find this recipe which I tried out for Thanksgiving dessert last year.  More subtle than a Carrot Cake, this is a good and easy cake to make, and a terrific alternative for those of us who aren't
