Ring Tones

I've been seeing this amazing new thing now for quite some time. You can actually spend your hard-earned bucks on what they call a "Silent Ringtone". As the fiendishly clever name may have tipped you off it has two basic features - Firstly, it's a ringtone. Second and most importantly, it's silent. I think this is a great idea. Wouldn't it be great

I hope I never meet the sucker who bought the (likely LG) phone that won't go silent. Actually, yeah, I do know people whose phones will still beep regardless-they turn them off altogether when they go just about anywhere they'd otherwise get a dandy call log and know who to call back.

Silent ringtones are great for people who annoy you, though. I set it as the custom ringtone for certain people so I never get interrupted by their 4 times a day calling patterns. I guess if I only had enough $ for a ringtone and had a suckass phone... nah, I'd still ditch the suckass phone and go broke buying a good phone on ebay.
