Happy new year, everyone! And I'm sorry for disappearing the way I have. I think it was primarily emotional/social exhaustion while I adjusted to my new job.

Things that are new:Job! It's great! Most of the time. It's also been very illuminating about how insulted some people can be when you ask for their ID. When they want money out of an account

I'm glad the new job is going well, and while I wish your mum was letting you save up that rent to pay a deposit on somewhere you could bugger off from her, at least you seem to have a pretty good perspective on dealing with it.

Well, the rent I'm paying is incredibly low and they're still doing all my grocery shopping etc. so I am saving most of my money, but it has to go towards a car first (since the one I have now is on its last leg...oh yeah, I got stuck behind an aggressive driver while I was driving into Boston for my two weeks of training back in September, and ended up getting in an accident and cracking my radiatior = n =;;; )

I will pick the best photos and do a post :D :D :D THERE ARE SO MANY.

Uh, hi! I actually thought you left LJ, but then I saw you left a comment on another community. So I just wanted to pop by and say that I've been a total fangirl of your posts on ONTDC, and I'm happy to see you're still here!

And I had pretty much quit LJ for awhile, I'm trying to get back into it, though...I'd like to get back to ONTDC as well, but, idk, we'll see how that goes?

If you want to friend me, go right ahead, I'll friend you back~ but I don't read my friendslist a lot ATM, so I can't promise to be any kind of great LJ friend, haha.
