(00:16:18) Matt: Say a kitten named Muffin has saved a baby penguin from being crushed by a boulder. Now suppose that Muffin's belief sets are not in his direct control; does Muffin truly have free will?

A.) Belief sets only guide actions, they do not define them, so yes it is possible in that situation.

B.) Muffin is a kitten, so no.
