I... what. Look, I'm sure Stephenie Meyer is a very nice person, but she's (a) so not the brightest bulb in the box, and (b) an embarrassment to English majors. Though she's influential, I'll grant you that. Managed to help shape a whole new generation of idiocy!

And they're putting her - the Sarah Palin of the literary realm - in the same ranks as Michelle Obama, BRB CRYING FOREVER AT THE STUPIDITY OF THE WORLD.

I probably wouldn't hate her if I met her in real life, but I am so bothered by her. Keep your skewed vision of love to yourself (a great love story isn't brewed out of purely physical attraction) and leave literature alone, please.

P.S. I think they already did Sarah Palin. Naturally.

I once told someone I was gonna go to the bookstore and read skim the Left Behind books because I was curious but didn’t want to give them money. But then someone pointed me to this blog review of the series. I could only read a few posts of that before giving up because omg the horror of horrors of the Left Behind series. Man, I can’t believe someone blogged 26 pages worth.

My feelings on Twilight are also the same… *clicks on Blogging Twilight* …

From what I've just read, it seems pretty horrendous. Enigma Babylon? Why wouldn't they misrepresent pantheism while they were at it? It is also laughable how they dismantle the Catholic Church.

Blogging Twilight is a safe haven for people who care for the logic that was thrown out the window since Meyer's series began.

Well, she does influence our culture, no? I have never seen so many idiotic teenage-fangirls with a book in their lap before.

It was rather daunting.

Anyways, that female Draco was teh awesome. ;3 Normally I hate him but there was nothing hate-able about her.
