Morty does still hate sand, but he tolerates it much better than he used to (though that's largely through bribery, I must admit).
We haven't been to Cannes in quite a while, actually. The Muggles invaded several weeks back, as they usually do, but we do plan on visiting before the kids start back to school. We've just been enjoying lazy days at home and at Widdleton. Sometimes it's nice having nothing to do but lay about if that's what one wants to do.

Don't tell Draco that I told you, but I do think that for the briefest of moments, he did consider putting a rather exorbitant price tag on the place for the duration of the Muggle festivities in the interest of swelling our vault. It would have rented easily.
OMG!! It must be in the air! I spent last night re-reading several old posts from the boys. And I was going to make a post but was too busy moving oldest son out.
Seems nostalgia is the order of the day. Draco and I spent last weekend going through photo albums after sorting out boxes in the attic of toys and things that the children had grown out of (looking for things to 'donate' to Widdleton, as it were, if there wasn't too much sentimental value attached).
It's amazing how fast time seems to move when you're looking back on it, yet seems to go so slow when you're in the moment.

Think of everyone on holiday now in France maybe, or on the yacht.
Wonder if Morty still hates sand?

Disgusting Muggles and their moving-pictures, no respect.
Morty bribery is excellent, the more bling he has the better.
(Hope his biting is still under control.)
