Last night I slept on the floor of the Dublin International Airport, the reason being I found out after I booked my flight that I couldn't get reasonably priced accommodation for my first night in Ireland. I performed a quick mental assessment of the situation and resolved that sleeping on a tiled floor would give me both stiff joints and a story

that is INSANE, you are having traveling awesomeness of the century. i sat here in my house laughing aloud, and i'm glad nobody's home. smooth moves on the barman. and i find (though it depends on what kind of luggage you have,) that sleeping on top of your shit is a good method.
keep having such an interesting and hilarious time. you're racking up the street cred by the bucket.

i hear that in the UK if you get home after a night out and can't remember how, they say you caught the beer scooter. i dig.
that barman story is awesome.
i think a lot of women want to look like trannies -- the high glam, low body fat thing, I guess. probably also the more-angular-face thing -- baby faces are cute, but not often thought of as beautiful or sexy. I think it says something kinda sad about our culture that the ideal woman is often a man dressed up as a woman. does it mean we're saturated with artifice, or that men's perception of femininity and desirability is the most culturally important even when it's wrong, or what? probably both and more. huh.
