Yesterday I was at the gym from 10 till 1. Go me! I did yoga for an hour and a half, swam 20 laps in the pool (1/3 of a mile) and then aqua aerobics. Today I did ten laps and aqua aerobics. Tommorow I will try the yoga again with the aerobics
