my weeked went well. sang karaoke on saturday night. almost dropped the microphone twice due to being super nervous in front of a bunch of people who drank too much. my mind just went blank. so i guess that means nothing important is going on at the moment.

lately i have been spending alot more time with my family and the LORD. it has been a good breath of fresh air in my life. over the past 2 days i have gone on some serious mountain biking rides. this has been a major blessing in order to get in shape for the ultimate bike ride in california. the more i ride the more exciting it is an i am growing impatient for this to take place. continue to keep me in prayer thanks and LORD Bless
