Your friend apologized for her statement, it should've ended there. Also, the whole rape victims have better chance of being raped is stupid and nonsensical, unless she's implying that rape victims are inherently dumb for being raped in teh first place, and their dumbness will inevitably lead to further rapes in the future. Actually, that's probably kind of true.
