The government seems to be saying here that they'll do whatever the fuck they want, with a few minor procedural hurdles. There are no serious restrictions here though.

Basically. I'm glad that we at least have a Directive now (and can read it), and that I had to learn how to set up hidden folders on a key drive for an office project.

I'm also waiting for the PRC to implement similar measures in turn (though of course they already do this unofficially).
