yay you're back! i've been thinking about you, hoping things are going well. glad they are. good luck with the TTC...you can always have virgin martinis on your birthday. (whatever that would be...just olive juice?)

I've been thinking about you, too! I actually had a dream where both you & Lauren were pg. Which is actually one of the reasons I had to come back to LJ! I admit that I quickly scanned both of your journals to see if it was true. :) (Great pictures of Ellie!)

I think I'd have to go with a virgin daiquiri. Olive juice doesn't sound quite, um, appealing. Although, you never know what one will crave when pg...

ack, no! not quite yet. maybe in a year. :) being around ellie has simultaneously made me want a baby and also wait. she's a lot of work, but so worth it. so anyway.

Manda! Brent told me you called. I'm totally bummed that I couldn't go to the concert with you! Stupid work. But OMG, Mexico! That's SOOOOOOOO exciting! We much do crab legs soon. Jeeeeeez...how long has it been since the girls have done dinner?

Pam! My goodness, it's been forever! I did a school search for Sherwoodians and found you. I don't know if you remember me or not...it's been almost a decade I think. I think the last time we communicated was just as I was about to run off to college. So much has changed since then.

Holy smokes! Do I remember you? Please. I still have pictures of us in my main photo album! How the heck are you!?!?! I took a brief look at your blogs and have decided that you have to teach me how to garden. :) While you are making a career out of plants and their innermost workings, I have a black thumb!

I am so glad you remember me! I'm pretty good...I just made a massive update to my journal so you can see all of the recent news. Here's a synopsis of the last ten years:

1997-2001: Went to Hood College, got my B.A. in Journalism/Spanish. Broke things off with Ryan (the guy I was dating in High School).

2000: Had to have major surgery. More on that later.

2001: Got engaged to a man I had met early in the year. Moved in with him in Ithaca, New York. Got a job at Cornell doing this. That's right, I am a web designer and assistant to this big international crop research program. We fund crop research in developing countries. It's a very exciting job ( ... )
