So I climbed a volcano on Saturday. Yep... a REAL volcano. It was real big, real scary, and real hot at the top. I don't mean that it was actually scary to climb, but a couple times I was really surprised that they actually let us do it. Also, was it an active volcano? I thought that you told me it was a dormant one, yet it was still really hot and there were toxic gases and stuff? I guess I don't really know how that works.
What sort of words did people write?
And your method you described for going down the volcano sounds like a LOT of fun. I'll try to remember that next time I'm running from a WALL OF LIQUID HOT MAGMA.
I plan to be really bad and thus not get any rocks. Only the opposite of that.

It took about 2 1/2 hours to climb, but not totally sure because the entire time I was in Guatemala, I was without a watch.
Yeah, so I thought that it was a dormant volcano, but no... in fact some days they don't let people go up all the way cuz it's gonna erupt. Becky told me that she went there too and climbed up some of the way and got to see it. Cool, eh?
People wrote all kinds of stuff in rocks, but mostly names and initials. Next most popular were religious things like "Jesus" in a fish, or crosses etc.
