what i can do to brighten my day...
wake up next to the wide smile of a loved one
whose soft voice whispers "good morning" into my sound sensitive ear
whose smoothe spider leg fingers push the stray strands of hair out of my sparkling face

what i can do to brighten my day...
smell the strong fragrance of the delicate rose petals as they fall diligently
