Hey, I didn't know you write! This is just lovely, all the small touches, teh descriptions of rooms. Mostly I love Tommy trying to find himself in the space - in Adam's home - wondering if it can be his home. And then baking a meal for them to share... sigh. So wonderful.

I've been writing for years now but just recently got into this fandom (it sucked me in and won't let me out!) so I'm testing out the waters some. I'm working on a big fic right now, The Long Signal, but one-shots pop up all the time so I know a bunch of those will be showing up in between chapters.

I'm really glad you liked this one. I know when I read a story i love visualizations and so I was trying to create as much of a picture as possible (without blathering on) so that the reader got a good sense of the house and what not. And yeah, I was thinking between the two who would have a harder time adjusting and it was pretty clear in my mind that it would be Tommy. So Adam was patient but didn't let Tommy fall away in indecision either.
