I've seen people chroming while lining up at centrelink (with a bottle under their shirt) barely making any effort at all to conceal it.

to be honest chroming with paint, especially silver would probably be a bit upmarket, and not hardcore enough for some of those i saw.

if anything i'd picture them using oven cleaner
