ok, i seriously don't get it.  why do people feel the need to try and "pass" people on escalators?  i understand that we shouldn't even HAVE escalators because it's just another way for us to be lazy, but if you are in that much of a rush to get to the work, maybe you should have left earlier, perhaps? i would say people passing others on
