Playing hooky

So I was on my friends list
Looking at the blogs
And just generally LJ'ing it up
And I thought that the way Ashley did her entries
In this odd, stream-of-consciousness manner
That ended up oddly poetic
I thought it was cool

So I'm going to write an entry like that

I mean, I guess this makes me a poser
But whatever
I don't care
It's 11:30 at night
And I'm drunk

Live your life to the fullest... I have the EXACT same problem... I want to do EVERYTHING artsy...

I think it's partly a phase and partly you discovering new sides of who you are... you'll eventually settle and be satisfied... but live those arts... try all of them.

I totally understand how you feel, though. That is... I pore over and obsess over literature but I'm too afraid to write anything myself... just flow with it, no matter what comes of it. You can't be a poser if you're speaking from your heart. When you find the one art that clicks with you, you'll stay with it.
