So much work to be done...! I don't want to do it. It's boring, I could be doing something fun! Working definitely did NOT originate in Korea, I bet it came from Japan to drag us down! That's it!

"Ahhh!" He stretched high above his head and leaned back in his chair, feet on his table. "I'm too tired to focus anymore!" Yong Soo rested his hands behind his neck, yawning. "We need to do something fun!"
He looked around the room at the others, pouting when his idea was shot down. He proceeded to babble on about what sort of fun the people in the room could have, explaining that he KNOWS fun, because he's from where it originated, but his ideas were ignored. He groans, and rests his head on the table. In his boredom, he started humming.

It's not as draining as it seems to be to learn. "Ace student"...it may fit me. Perhaps. But I enjoy learning. Wit? It's important, too. And how can you develop it without learning and observing? It's impossible. I don't see it as a task. It's sort of a desire.

Eduard occasionally leaned over to see if the calculations were correct. They were. He checked that all parts appeared to be functioning properly. Yes. The only way to be sure was to do a systems check, but nothing seemed to be out of order.
A grin spread across Eduard's face. His machines were working - and on sheer luck. Sheer luck, and money, of course.

First Person Sample: Well, I have to say that today was a pretty ordinary day. I went for a morning walk, as I usually do, heading down to the McDonald’s nearby so I could grab a couple of burgers for on the way back. On the way there I waved at a few chicks (they were totally digging me) and gave ‘em a wink, but nearly fell over one of the fire hydrants. Not really cool in my opinion, but I managed to pull it off in a pretty great sort of way. After all, heroes do everything great. I continued on, humming the American national anthem to myself and noticed an old lady had dropped her car keys beneath her car and couldn’t grab ‘em. Being the absolutely GREAT hero I am, I picked up the car for her so she could take the keys. I didn’t even let her thank me afterward, heroes don’t always need to be thanked ( ... )

Power? He’s able to invoke an ice spirit, who he likes to call ‘General Winter’. It is said he had to give something in return to him, but nobody knows what. General Winter is able control ice and wind, making him both a very powerful arm and a faithful shield… but rather weak if it is too warm or there’s fire around.
It also gives Ivan the ability to appear and disappear as quietly as possible, and most of the time you won’t even notice him.
Sometimes, however, not even Ivan is able to control his General… but come on, what’s the worst that could happen?

The University seems to be gaining more students now - at least the corridors are certainly more crowded than last year. Some of the new students do not seem to realise that their powers are supposed to be used for more than just fun, though I suppose they will find out soon enough.
For those students who do actually care about their careers as well as their powers feel free to ask if you need anything.
