Please stop being a heinous bitch. That would be most excellent. I understand that you're in a kind of bitter place in your life and that you're generally kind of angry about this apartment complex. The neighbors one floor down and one apartment over smoke so much pot that I can smell it in my apartment, most days.

The guy above me walks around in heavy, loud boots and drags goodness-knows-what across the floor at all hours (and I mean ALL--he woke me up at 4 AM last night).

I would welcome Fiona barking.

I'm doing everything I can! I've tried everything short of leaving her in a muzzle in her crate all day because she'll sulk and not bark (cruel), debarking her (unethical) or drug therapy... which I'm willing to consider but is not a decision that I want to be rushed into. There are important side effects and no gurantee of success (and most definitely no gurantee of fast success!)
