I just...am hovering between bursting into tears of happiness or crying that it's over. That was...amazing. Amazing amazing amazing and I'm so happy it ended nice and I think I liked every single word, so I can't even point out my favorite part because it was all awesome.

In the end, I a) wasn't sure whether people would be interested in a lot of therapy dialogue; b) didn't want to spoil the surprise of Quinn's performing a song for Rachel; and c) realized that this story was really freakin' long.
Quinn and Ms. Pillsbury probably talked mostly about the baby. They would have discussed ideas of societal expectations and personal courage in broad strokes, things that applied to the adoption but Rachel as well.
