THERE ARE SO MANY THINGS ABOUT THIS THAT I LOVE!

I just...am hovering between bursting into tears of happiness or crying that it's over. That was...amazing. Amazing amazing amazing and I'm so happy it ended nice and I think I liked every single word, so I can't even point out my favorite part because it was all awesome.

Thank you for writing this :)

also, I hope I didn't sound SUPER insane in this comment haha. It's kinda late here and I get a widdle cwazy when I'm sleepy.

i cried. i just, i can't even begin to explain how great you are, how great this story is. i just can't. so i'm telling you, i cried. A LOT. a lot of happy tears, especially during the parts when quinn FINALLY told rachel she loves her (both through song and actual words); and a lot of sad tears, too, all during the part when i realized that the story was over (at least what we, the readers, are privy to). PLEASE, PLEASE don't let the story be over. please tell us what happens next.:( take us to new york with them i'm begging you!

you are the greatest. seriously. NEVER stop writing. EVER. the way you write is just so real, it's breathtaking. please write another story soon!

p.s. you can see how much i love you by the number of "please"SSSSSS in this post lmao:D

I'm not going to lie, at some point, I did consider a New York story (whether it's a continuation of this one or a stand-alone) because I heart NYC like crazy and despite all their talk about it in this story, the girls are never actually there.

But then I realized that this story turned into 60,000 and went, "FML! Where did I get that much time!"

Thanks SO MUCH for reading this monster. If I ever do a NY story, I hope you'll like that one too.

I have returned. Okay seriously, first up; I am so sad that this is over. I demand that you write another epically long fic now please. Furthermore, I think I might be slightly in love with you. The real kind of love, not the creepy, heavy mouth-breathing over the internet stalker kind of love ;)You are so fucking funny, dude. Seriously, I could quote like half a damn page to you right now of stuff that had me cracking up in my bed at 6:00am (which is unheard of). Ugh it was just so good, the beginning to middle of the chapter I thought I'd lost sight of that happy ending that I was still clinging to after all the pain of the last chapters. But then it all spun around and was amazing. You have to write something new, because you're an amazing writer and it would be a tragedy for someone who so perfectly understands and recreates the humour of the show, not to make me laugh more :D Anyhow, I shall stop rambling now, I'm sure you know by now that I loved this. So sad it's finished.

I'm still reeling from the idea that I wrote a novel-length fanfic. I've never written anything THIS long before. I so blame Faberry. I don't know what this ship has done to me!

Happy to see that you loved this so much. Thank you!

Poor Rachel. Poor Quinn. Haha for someone out of moves, Rachel still came up with something. Well done, Finn. I think this is the first time in the fic I actually like him. LOL Sue makes me laugh, especially the sneaky gays comment straight out of the show. Aww Rachel singing one of my fav Crowded House songs makes me happy. Then she cried and made me sad. Hahaha Puck's "I think she's on the rag" made me laugh ( ... )

That's my favorited Crowded House song too. But to be fair, it's the only song of theirs that I know. :p

Miss Congeniality IS superior to Two Weeks' Notice. I sympathize with Mike's anger.

Thank you so much for reading this whole thing and providing the running feedback. It's been awesome.

However, while I understand that Quinn's POV is meant to be not that accessible to us, I would have loved to read more of what she and Ms. Pillsbury discussed. Did Quinn conduct their sessions by speaking in generalities or specifics like Rachel did with Mr. Schue?

I would have loved to be a fly on the wall of that. To see how Quinn was able to work it out.

There are aspects of this story that I'm not satisfied with, and not fleshing out Quinn's evolution was one of them.

In the end, I a) wasn't sure whether people would be interested in a lot of therapy dialogue; b) didn't want to spoil the surprise of Quinn's performing a song for Rachel; and c) realized that this story was really freakin' long.

Quinn and Ms. Pillsbury probably talked mostly about the baby. They would have discussed ideas of societal expectations and personal courage in broad strokes, things that applied to the adoption but Rachel as well.
