In some sense, Saya has ended up adopted as a sort of wayward little sister, in Yue's mind. She wants to protect the girl, but she's now become aware of Saya's limited time, and wonders if it's not better for Saya to find herself with the time left. In any case, Yue's determined that Saya won't leave this world lonely.

'There, there, baby it's just textbook stuff'
Miyoko...is kind of an idiot, as far as Yue is concerned, but he's an idiot who does mean well, and the intent is what's important to her. In a way, he's like a little kid--just...way too intelligent for his emotional growth level. He tries hard, and she knows that, she just wishes he was a little more resilient to things going wrong in spectacular fashions.
...But given her life, maybe she just has a tough skin...

Nishihara Shun
'Oooh, you're making me live now, honey'
It's not common to make such a close friendship with a teacher, but Yue and Shun took to each other like ducks to water, it seems. He's been something of an adoptive big brother to her for quite a while, and he's without a doubt one of the people she trusts the most, which is why she was willing to tell him the truth about the Underside and Persona.
The fact that the masked gunman was his roommate makes her a little worried about how he's holding up in the aftermath, but she's not quite sure what she can do about that.

Despite Yue's former respect for the biker, she has held a philosophy which he has now crossed--that no single person ever has the right to hold life and death in their hands. Add to that the damage he's caused to SEESIT, and the fact that he's putting this under the heading of it being 'for their protection'? And Isao is tottering very precariously on the edge of going so far that Yue will never forgive him.

Well, Yue had started to think of Kaito as a friend, a little bit! She's not entirely sure he fully understands what was wrong with how he's done things, including...killing his brothers, holy shit. But she thought there was progress!
And then he took a hit for her and she suddenly, awkwardly clued into the fact that he's fallen for her. There are no words for precisely how awkward that is.

On a personal level, Yue has no real opinion of Kazuya, but on a professional level, she very deeply admires and respects his skill. She wouldn't mind getting to know him better, but at the current point, while she tries to keep it together, she's not going to seek it out either.

Yue finds Neneko absolutely adorable. Neneko pretty much pings Yue's love for cats hard, and the fact that the girl is almost helpless pings Yue's desire to protect. She's not sure why Neneko thinks she's a monster, but as far as she's concerned, it doesn't matter. If the little one's in trouble, she'll be sure to help.

'I'll follow you, even in the darkness of the world'
Boyfriend, fiancee, and the love of her life, not to mention Yue's best friend, Yue has to admit that her father was right about Alex being a good match. There's no one in the world she trusts more, and while she does want to protect everyone, she can also admit Alex is the most important person to her. The fact that as a scanner, he's quite literally capable of always having her back only means that she doesn't need to look for any stronger partner. ♥ And she wouldn't really want it any other way.

Miyagi Chiharu; 'Paru'
'Don't let them pull you down'
Aside from Alex, Paru is Yue's best friend, hands down. She knows that Paru's been deeply hurt, especially by Isao's recent face-heel turn, and has next to no confidence in her own ability to lead...so Yue's more than willing to pick up the slack and keep Paru afloat, even if it means shoving aside how close she is to breakdown. They'll get through this somehow, and she won't let Paru give up...even if it requires tonfa beating.
Of course, being this close to someone means Yue is completely willing to call Paru on her shit, and if she hears about Ms. Paranoia's funtimes with Rin, she's definitely going to be doing some of that.

Yue...hadn't realized before, the similarities between her and her older sister, and it makes her feel a little bit guilty. It's been a long time of hurt, and she isn't able to trust Kaede again overnight--especially when she never really had to trust her in the first place. But Yue does think the damage can be undone, it'll just...take some time.

Linda...strikes Yue as kind of a selfish bitch, but not intentionally malicious! Mostly. Yue doesn't really see a reason to deal with it, and she knows that her childhood friend is desperately in love with her, so that's a bonus.
Besides, she's tired of being the one pointing out people are idiots. She's not that smart stop making her do this.

Generally, Yue thinks Shiki is the most precious. She doesn't know her very well, and maybe Shiki's fixation on money is a little weird, but it doesn't make her any less adorable.

Yue likes Chieko! She's a good friend, even if she seems more than a bit too judgemental for Yue's tastes. She's a good person at heart, and Yue is more than likely to take her up on the offer to help find Nibelung once she's healed. However, once Michi comes into the picture, Yue is more than a little disapproving. She doesn't believe for a second that Michi really cares for Chieko, and furthermore, Chieko's long-standing obsession with Michi was never healthy. How could Chieko ask Michi to let go when she herself never could?

On some level, Yue's not really sure what she can do for Shino. She wants to protect her, but between Shino's vision and her subsequent sort of disconnect from people, it's...difficult.

Yue's not sure where she stands, right now. She knows Yuki had valid points, but she can't just give up on Kaito for his sake, either, and the rest of it is going to take time to work on. She's aware he doesn't really trust her, and it...hurts, but it's not something she didn't expect. And so, there's no reason for him to know about it, not right now.

Yue doesn't trust Michi. At all. She knows about her violent tendencies and instability, and she doesn't trust Michi's change of heart as far as she can throw it. She doesn't think Michi is devoid of good--but she does think she's too dangerous to be left in Chieko's hand for treatment.

Yue is...a little conflicted in how she thinks of Rin. On one hand, he did her a huge favor, and knowing that he can't control his telepathy just makes her feel a little bad for him...and then really embarrassed given the content of her own thoughts.
On the other hand, he's never wrong, and it kind of annoys her! But she's aware that's just her being childish.

Fujiwara Yukiko
'The first Alice was a woman of red...'
Yue respects Yukiko's strength and honesty...to a degree. She doesn't agree with Yukiko's often extreme points of view and stubbornly judgemental attitude, and she really wishes Yukiko would realize that she'll cause more harm than good with her anger so tightly coiled. She doesn't at all agree with Yukiko's view on the justice system--if the system is broken, then fix it, instead of breaking it further or giving up on it.
