With the device lying on its side, the video feed shows Trevor viciously coughing blood and retching, doubled over in a growing pool of scarlet. He has clearly been within the final throes of Stage 4 for some days, and is still fighting it.

[With that, Lollipop takes to the skies and is on her way. She doesn't expect to be there in time to do anything, but even temporary death deserves respect and a prayer. It's the least, literally, she can do.]
