Christmas Holidays: Why Aren't You Here Now?

I'm dying for the holidays to be here. I can't wait to spend time with my family. Here are my top 10 holiday wishes/plans that I need to put down to get me through the next few days

Omg, you are so cute. I should wish a pox on you- I need another two weeks before Christmas! But, how can I not love that you are the Jacob Marley to my Ebenezer Scrooge. I am trying so hard not to let all the daily crap shoot me down, and not appreciate the season. I went to a holiday concert tonight, and that helped. So I guess I would start my list with

Honestly, I'm glad this came out as a positive message since it was more of a "get me out of here now". LOL I'm just tired, and way too much to do and too little time to do it. Holidays cannot be here soon enough, if only because all this crap that is hanging over my head will be gone.

10)sleeping
9)buying wrapping paper soon so as not to be left picking from "neon green" or "sesame street" on the day before christmas
8)getting home to eat my mom's christmas cookies before my dad does
7)finishing my shopping so i can walk around the mall laughing at everyone else scurrying around
6)listening to more christmas songs on the radio
5)making sure to catch "It's a Wonderful Life" in it's entirety at least once
4)catch one of the christmas movies out in theater's and hope i pick the right one
3)decorate my balcony to outdo the neighbor next to me
2)pray for a white christmas
1)see all my family together on christmas morning and realize that this is the best time of the year ..... until new year's eve!!!
