I know the feeling...the girls I used to dance with in high school used to be like that and it annoyed me to no end. There's a time to work, and a time to be social. Some people just don't distinguish between the two, and some people just don't realize they're doing it...and some people say that I take myself too seriously, but that's besides the point. Just keep working hard and doing what you're doing...it's the ones who are fooling around and talking that will lose out in the end.
