True, but you can do something about the present, which will affect your future.
The past is past - you have to learn from it and try not to make the same mistakes, like working at Skippers Fish & Chips again (in my case).

You can... with false memories and delusions. It matters how fun of a relationship you have with your brain.
Though, I really wish I could change my past.

The good news is that you grow from it. If it weren't for that, we'd all be screwed.
Horrible pasts have a great of making extraordinary futures.
Or is that just some cheesy garbage I said to make me feel better about all the mistakes I've made?
