Nice update. Good to see you're doing well.

I go to Bally's. I like it very much. I recommend the spin class if you're looking to burn off weight fast. 1 hour of spin can burn (based on your endurance) about 1600 calories. Do this once or twice a week and you will notice a tremendous difference. I also like the kwando classes.

I'm excited to see you finish school. I'm so proud of you, Adam. You have a fantastic, brilliant mind and I am so certain of your success in life... and I'm happy to know I'll be able to see it.

Let me know when you have some time and I'll come to Oxnard.
