I want Esca to be this snarly little animal in bed, up for it. Always leaving Marcus in a disheveled mess, sprawled all big and hot-skinned while Esca chuckles and bites at him affectionately. In the morning, Marcus has to pray an extra lot for all the terrible things they did together, which Esca took to with such finger-licking aplomb.

ANYWAY...THEN Marcus tries to kiss Esca's nipples in the heat of the moment. And Esca SPASMS and kicks with a shout and is all "NO! YOU CAN'T!" Because there are so many power dynamics at work there and he won't allow Marcus to betray himself like that.

But Esca's little pricked nipples are SO SENSITIVE. Sometimes after he's come his head off, he just lazes around, sleepy-eyed, stroking his nipples with his clever fingers, wringing all the good feeling out it.

I think Marcus just has to hold him down and worship at his chest a little, until Esca GETS IT.
