oh portia. i love you so much. you are almost 16. it will be the beginning of a new era in your life (OC connection, did u catch it?!?). cry whenever you want to. unexpect all the expected. use your imagination as much as you would like. shower long and often. i say all of this knowing it is quite possibly much harder than i think but if we could all just live a simple life...
It always seems that the unexpected happens just when we are starting to feel safe, like we can let our guard down. When something you're not anticipating happens, take advantage. See the upside of the situation. And sure as hell wink. :)

It is a world of ironic circumstances and cliches that make our stay on earth entertaining. Expectations are a waste of time and, ultimately, of life. Focus not on doing or being something great, but focus on being yourself, and that in turn will produce something greater than you ever could have expected, becuase YOU have greatness.
If you pretend, on some level you yearn for dismissal of your feelings. Shower excessively until you no longer feel like pretending. Some day you will wish that the mirrors are not fogged....and you will wink.
portia darling, yeah the world is ironic..like i said a million times today in class it's happening for a reason it's all about the experiences. You are great! You are amazing! Waiting is there for a reason, you are waiting now for something amazing. And when it comes it will be highly worth the wait and whatever you had to endure along the way. I understand the shower thing, I do it all the time. Strange how it helps isn't it? HEY when you were sprinting out of 8th hour did you by any chance turn around? one guess who i was talking to..somehow though it wasn't the same maybe its a monday thing.
more ironic situations....mondays suck. "no...i do not have a case of the mondays"...they all suck. suckity suck suck suck!
*i'm sure the spark is still there. feel the burn!
*sorry about 8th hour...jordan flips a shit if i'm not out ASAP. one day i'm going to shove the traffic in his face and make him eat it for dinner. then maybe he'll learn to like it and stop bitching at me. much luv, ~p
